LONGEVITY COLORS
The colour of the year
marks the long lifeRed for kanreki, purple for koki and kiju, yellow for sanju and beiju, white from sotsuju on. A chanchanko in the right colour makes the day.

BARRIER-FREE
A wheelchair is no trouble
and the body is looked afterBabies and small children, or a guest in a wheelchair, are all welcome. We can set the seating to suit, and adjust the food as needed.

FREQUENTLY ASKEDWhat is the minimum number of guests?
From two. Three or even four generations at one table are very welcome.
Which age is which celebration?
Kanreki (60, red), koki (70, purple), kiju (77, purple), sanju (80, yellow), beiju (88, yellow), sotsuju (90, white), hakuju (99, white) and hyakuju (100, white). See the table above as well.
Can you arrange a chanchanko?
Yes — red for kanreki, purple for koki and kiju, yellow for beiju (from ¥11,000). The set comes with a daikoku cap and a fan.
Can we come in a wheelchair?
The house is laid with tatami throughout, so we lend a wheelchair for use inside.
Is there food suited to older guests?
There is no separate course, but we are glad to cut things smaller and make similar adjustments on request.
May we bring a cake or flowers?
We are sorry, but food and drink brought in from outside, cakes included, cannot be accepted. We can make a dessert plate with a name or a message on it, and hope you will use it. Flowers we are glad to take in beforehand and bring out at the right moment.
Is there a cancellation charge?
As a rule, cancellations are free of charge until 16:00 the day before. However, the terms differ depending on the course you choose and the number of guests, so we will give you the details separately.
