Frequently asked
FAQWhat is the minimum number of guests?
From two. Anything from a family celebration to a meal with friends is welcome.
May we bring a cake or flowers?
We are sorry, but food and drink brought in from outside, cakes included, cannot be accepted. We can make a dessert plate with a name or a message on it, and hope you will use it. Flowers we are glad to take in beforehand and bring out at the right moment.
Can you arrange a photographer?
We arrange a professional photographer (from ¥55,000, from 30 minutes). The garden and the tatami rooms make a fine setting for the family group portrait. Delivered as data.
Is there a dress code?
Nothing fixed, though we suggest smart casual or above, as you will be sitting on tatami. We take your shoes at the entrance, so we ask that you wear socks or stockings.
Can friends hold the celebration together?
Yes, a celebration among friends is very welcome. We also have menus that younger guests enjoy.
For a promotion with senior colleagues, can you advise on seating?
Of course. Your planner will explain the seats of honour and help you work out the plan.
Is there a cancellation charge?
As a rule, cancellations are free of charge until 16:00 the day before. However, the terms differ depending on the course you choose and the number of guests, so we will give you the details separately.
