Jisaku tailors the rite and the kaiseki to each of them.
Okuizome (the hundredth day)
On the baby's hundredth day, a rite that wishes the child will never want for food. A celebration tray is laid with the tooth-hardening stone, and the eldest present brings the chopsticks to the baby's lips. The nakai explains how it is done.

Shichi-go-san and sekku
Shichi-go-san marks a child at three, five and seven. At Jisaku the blessing is held at the shrine inside the house, for your family alone, and chitose-ame is given. We also take the first sekku (Momo-no-sekku and Tango-no-sekku). A children's tray and a celebration sea bream are set out.

Passing an exam, starting or finishing school
The whole family celebrates the exam passed, the school begun or finished. A toast in champagne and a dessert plate made for the occasion honour the work the child has put in. It suits a table of three generations with the grandparents too.

Can the blessing be held here?
Yes. Prayers can be offered at the shrine enshrined within the house.
Can you prepare food for children?
Yes — celebratory trays and children's kaiseki, pitched to the child's age. Allergies and dislikes are handled individually, so tell us what we need to know. Three grades are available: matsu (¥7,700), take (¥5,500) and ume (¥2,200). Please choose to suit the child's age and taste.
Can you dress us in kimono?
Yes. Kimono dressing, and hair and make-up, can all be done here.
Can you arrange a photographer?
We arrange a professional photographer (from ¥55,000, from 30 minutes). The garden and the tatami rooms make a fine setting for the family group portrait. Delivered as data.
What is the minimum number of guests?
From two.
Is there a cancellation charge?
As a rule, cancellations are free of charge until 16:00 the day before. However, the terms differ depending on the course you choose and the number of guests, so we will give you the details separately.
