Brief and site visit

Cultural sessions, timings, menus and meeting layouts, all on a single plan. We will also produce an English briefing sheet for participants.

On the day
Bilingual staff meet you on arrival. From running the meeting through the cultural sessions to the food, one dedicated coordinator carries it. Photography and video can be arranged.

Settlement and follow-up
Corporate bank transfer and invoicing afterwards, with qualified invoices issued immediately. We are happy to talk about a continuing programme or the next session.

We design the programme with you, combining cultural sessions, meetings and food around the objective, the participants' backgrounds and the outcome you are aiming at.

Bilingual operation
English-speaking staff on site, an English timetable, and sessions run with interpretation for the teachers. Pre-event calls with your coordinators can be held in English.
04 — Partnership
Terms of business
A commission arrangement for agencies, invoicing on account, and flexible payment terms. A dedicated coordinator will host a site visit with your client.

Can the whole day run in English?
Lectures and cultural sessions are conducted in Japanese, but an English interpreter can be arranged separately.

What is the minimum number of participants?
From four. The main hall seats up to 120, and we have several private rooms for breakout groups.

Can we book the meeting space alone?
Yes. Meeting and food only, or a cultural session only — take just the parts you need.

Can you support a hybrid meeting with remote participants?
Yes — Wi-Fi throughout, with projector and screen for hybrid sessions. Ask us if you need wired LAN.

What if a guest has dietary restrictions?
Yes. We cater for allergies, vegetarian diets and the like. If you give us the details when you book, the head chef will prepare a menu suited to you.

Can we take the whole building exclusively?
As well as taking the whole house, you may hire part of it. To suit the size of your party and your budget, we will propose the best way to use the whole 800-tsubo grounds as your own private space.
