Children's meal
Three tiers of children's meal, chosen by age, from pre-school to the end of primary school.
The season itself, gathered into one sitting.
Two kaiseki menus prepared by a long-established Tsukiji house, for you to choose between.
The colours of the turning season, woven into one kaiseki.
The fish that reaches Tsukiji in the morning, and the produce of the countryside,
each given the treatment it asks for — in the bowl, on the plate, over the fire.
Two kaiseki, and the quiet that stays after.
Appetisers, soup, sashimi, a grilled dish, a simmered dish, rice. Into the frame of the kaiseki we weave the ingredients of the moment, and the menu changes with the month. Each sitting holds the turn of the season.
Nagatsuki Kaiseki 25 and Nagatsuki Kaiseki 35. Two menus, so you can choose whichever suits the day.
The garden, seen through the shoji of your private room.
From the seasonal soup to the rice that closes the meal, please take your time.
In the quiet of a private room, this month's kaiseki, taken slowly.
Your dedicated nakai watches the pace of the dishes and the balance of the sake,
and brings each one at its best moment.
