Method and timing of payment
Bank transfer: please pay within five days of the order being confirmed. Any transfer fee is borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery: please pay when you receive the goods.
Delivery times
We dispatch within four business days of the order being confirmed (for cash on delivery) or of payment being received (for bank transfer). Depending on the quantity ordered it may take five days or more, in which case the shop will contact you.
Returns and exchanges
Except where the goods are defective, we do not as a rule accept returns. In the unlikely event that the fault is ours, please contact us through the enquiry form within five days of the goods arriving. Once you have returned them, carriage forward, to the address we specify, we will send a replacement.
