Thanks to your support, our restaurant will celebrate its 95th anniversary in December 2025, a major milestone.
Since our establishment, we have continued to refine our seasonal flavors and heartfelt hospitality with the warm support of our customers, even as times have changed. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to the many customers who have visited us and placed their trust in us over the years.

We are now moving toward another milestone, the 100th anniversary of our founding. While preserving tradition, we will continue to take on new challenges and further enhance the hospitality that is uniquely Jisaku.
