Wedding anniversary celebrated at a ryotei
The wedding anniversary is called "paper wedding," "tin wedding," etc., according to the number of years, and there is a custom of choosing gifts according to the milestone: paper products such as albums are given in the first year, tin in the 10th year, china or porcelain in the 20th year, and gold in the 50th year, called the "golden wedding". As the couple progresses through the years, the gifts become more colorful, and this is an important milestone that strengthens the bond between the couple.
As a gift to the parents, an increasing number of couples are preparing a celebration around a relaxed seasonal kaiseki dinner at a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant) on their special wedding anniversary. The seasonal flavors and hospitality will create an irreplaceable moment in the couple's history.

- 1st year: Paper wedding ceremony This is a milestone in which the couple will write down their married life together, which began with a blank piece of paper. Paper products such as albums and diaries are given as gifts to express the couple's hopes for the future.
- Fifth year: Wooden wedding ceremony A milestone in which the couple's bond grows strong, with roots firmly planted like a tree. This ceremony celebrates the time when the family, a large tree, is taking shape.
- 10th year: Tin wedding Tin is a metal that shines beautifully yet has a softness. This is an anniversary to wish for a couple to be close to each other and for their relationship to be supple and harmonious.
- Year 15: Crystal Wedding The crystal symbolizes cloudless clarity. It indicates that the couple's trust in each other continues to be pure and clean, and that their emotional bond has grown deeper.
- Year 20: Porcelain Wedding Ceremony (Ceramic Wedding Ceremony) Pottery and porcelain gain in flavor over the years. It means that the couple will also gain warmth and depth over the long years as well.
- 25th year: Silver wedding A milestone that continues to shine as beautifully as silver and symbolizes everlasting love and fidelity. It is celebrated with great pomp and circumstance as a turning point in one's life.
- 30th year: Pearl Wedding Pearls are gemstones that are created over a long period of time. This is an anniversary that celebrates the maturity of a couple's history and the elegance and harmony that overflows from within.
- 40th Year: Ruby Wedding The ruby's deep red color represents passion and undying love; it symbolizes warmth and a strong bond that remains unchanged after 40 years of progress.
- 50th year: Golden wedding Gold is a precious metal with eternal luster. It is a major milestone that celebrates the strong bond and preciousness of a couple who have spent half a century together.
- 60th year: Diamond Wedding Diamonds are the hardest gemstones and never lose their brilliance. It is considered the best anniversary that a couple's love remains constant and is celebrated with longevity.

The specialty is a dish made by only one chef, who believes that "the taste will change if more than one person cooks it" and has made it his signature dish. The only ingredients are chicken and water. The technique was created to bring out the true charm of the chicken, and the whole chicken is used from head to toe without wasting anything. Even now, more than 90 years after its establishment, only one mizutaki keeper continues to preserve the taste of the chicken.
Beverage and service charge (15% for lunch and 20% for dinner) are not included in the plan price. They will be charged separately.
