Weaning ceremony, Momokaiawai (100th day celebration), 100th day celebration

What is "weaning ceremony"?
Celebrate the baby's safe growth from birth to 100 days, and wish it to grow up healthy,
It has been held since the Heian period (794-1185) with the hope that people would not have to worry about food for the rest of their lives.
Generally, it is held on the 100th day after birth, so it is also called "Momokaiawai" (100-day celebration).
It is a wonderful celebration that shows the love of parents and relatives for the baby by having the baby imitate eating a meal.
