Our progress has been made possible by the presence of all of you who have visited and spent time in this place.
The founder, Jisaku Honda, was a man who enjoyed people through food culture and valued the Japanese sense of beauty.
Inheriting this spirit, we are constantly improving not only the taste of our food, but also the space and each and every one of our manners.
The “Sumiike” pond, another Jisaku pond created with light and sound, will be born from the overlap of 95 years of time.
Visitors are greeted with a fantastic scene that changes with the passage of time.

Tsukiji Jisaku is moving forward into the next era.
As one passes through the gate of Tsukiji Jisaku, the presence of quiet light and sound softly envelops visitors.
Reflecting the light, the scene of the garden with 150 Nishikigoi dancing softly permeates the entrance.
The layers of sound, which change with time, create a quiet pause in the space, while light appears as trails reminiscent of the shimmering of a pond or the presence of carp, and changes in response to the movements of people.
As time passes, the space gradually takes on a new expression, and the space between reality and fantasy emerges faintly.
The spectacle that emerges at this place, which is both an entrance to the extraordinary and an exit back to the everyday, makes the overnight experience special.
