There are many delicious ingredients for tempura in each season: wild vegetables and bamboo shoots in spring, conger eels and pike conger in summer, matsutake mushrooms and ginkgo in fall, wakasagi (Japanese pond smelt) and crab in winter.

Our staff will be happy to show you around the actual space, so please feel free to make a reservation. Reservations for tours can be made by phone or by filling out the inquiry form.
