For our special guests, we offer a traditional Japanese multi-course meal that highlights the seasonal flavors of that time. Our menu includes a generous selection of sashimi featuring fresh, seasonal seafood, tempura and charcoal-grilled dishes prepared right before your eyes, and Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu featuring carefully selected premium Japanese beef. Additionally, you can savor our specialty dish, “Mizutaki”, meaning “chicken stewed from water,” , to complete your exquisite dining experience.

We can accommodate your requests and create a menu centered around seasonal ingredients that are only available during that time. In winter, we offer delicacies such as “Tora Fugu” (Tiger Pufferfish) and “Matsuba Crab,” in autumn, you can enjoy dishes featuring “Matsutake Mushrooms” and “Ise Ebi” (Japanese spiny lobster), and in summer, we provide options like “Hamo” (Pike conger), “Ayu” (Sweetfish), and “Awabi” (Abalone).
