Weaning ceremony (100th day celebration)

What is weaning ceremony?

It has been held since the Heian period (794-1185) to celebrate the safe growth of a baby from birth to the 100th day, and to wish for a healthy growth and that the baby will have enough to eat for the rest of his/her life.

It is also called "Momokaiawai" (celebration of 100 days) because it is generally held on the 100th day after birth, and is a wonderful celebration event in which parents and relatives express their love for the baby by having the baby imitate eating a meal.

Why not try Jisaku's specialty "mizutaki", a dish that has been loved since the establishment of the restaurant, together with your celebration?

The specialty is a dish made by only one chef, who believes that "the taste will change if more than one person cooks it" and has made it his signature dish. The only ingredients are chicken and water. The technique was created to bring out the true charm of the chicken, and the whole chicken is used from head to toe without wasting anything. Even now, more than 90 years after its establishment, only one mizutaki keeper continues to preserve the taste of the chicken.

Beverage and service charge (15% for lunch and 20% for dinner) are not included in the plan price. They will be charged separately.
